Yoga Workshop: Chronic Healing for Stress and Pain

Your mind and body have built-in healing responses that are just as powerful as their protective pain-and-stress responses.  Linda will provide tools for  meditation on gratitude, a sequence of yoga poses to revive and relax that put the body and mind at ease. Expect a session that last 90 mins that will strengthen the flow of energy in your body.
