What are some features of Linda Wellness Warrior Coaching?
Wellness Warrior Coaching can include discussions about anything that impacts your health, fitness, and general well-being. The four main areas that a Wellness Warrior can help with are: fitness, nutrition, stress management, and life transitions. My coaching can help you to eat healthier, get fitter, and increase your daily energy. The main focus with Wellness Coaching is to make long-lasting healthy lifestyle changes, not to provide quick fixes.
Q: What is health and wellness coaching?
A: Health and wellness coaching is a resource for individuals who wish to improve their health and overall well-being.
Q: How can Linda Wellness Warrior help me?
A: Linda will partner with you to establish a vision, clear goals and action steps. The process is driven by you and supported by Linda as your coach.
Q: In what areas can I receive coaching?
A: Focus areas for coaching include: fitness and nutrition, stress management and life transitions.
Q: What activities are not included in coaching?
A: Coaching is not counseling or "talk therapy". I will not tell you what to do or how to do it: they will not analyze problems, give advice or prescribe solutions.
Q: How do I get started?
A: To sign up for a health and wellness coach, complete this Warrior Application and schedule your first session right away.
Q: When and where can I access coaching sessions?
A: For those who prefer communicating online, online consultants use instant messaging to complete sessions in real time. Or, if you prefer to speak with a coach, you may decide to have coaching sessions on the telephone. Health and wellness coaching sessions are available between 11am-9pm EST, Monday through Thursday, between 1-3pm EST on Friday and 7-9pm EST on Sundays. Each session is 30 to 45 minutes.
Q: I'd prefer not to work with a coach, but I still want to make changes in my life. What are my options?

Questions about Linda Wellness Warrior (Retreats) Adventures
Q: How do I book my shuttle bus to Hotel Aguada?
A: Be sure to read the package you were sent during registration. You must send your travel arrangements to firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: Will there be a contact number in case of an emergency when I arrive in Belize?
A: Yes an emergency contact telephone number will be provided to all retreat participants before they board the plane for Wellness Warrior Adventure.
Q: Is transportation around Belize Included?
A: Transportation to and from the Airport and Excursions are included.
Taxi rides and bikes are not included.
Q: Will there be free time to do activities on our own?
A: The retreat has a schedule that does allow individual self-care and Siesta (free time), Wellness Warrior Adventure. Linda Wellness Warrior is not responsible for activities outside of the program, but we can direct you on how to book activities.
Q: Is breakfast and dinner included?
A: Yes, all 7 days/8 nights you stay at the Aguada Hotel and Restaurant Dinner. On the other days you and your fellow travelers will be able to go to different restaurants. The Aguada Hotel and Restaurant will provide a list of suggested inexpensive local restaurants.
Q: Do we have to go zip lining, cave tubing or to the Maya ruins?
A: Two Excursions are included and we are so excited!
Q: What time should I arrive at the Aguada Hotel and Restaurant?
A: All retreat participants can begin to start check-ins on March 29th, 2017. We will have a Welcome to Belize Dinner (Time TBD).
Q: What time are we departing from Aguada to Airport or Caye Caulker ?
A: Wellness Warrior Adventure ends on April 5, 2017. It takes 1.5 hours to go from Santa Elena, Belize to BZE airport.
Q: Where are we staying?
A: Wellness Adventure will be held at the Aguada Hotel and Restaurant, and it has a pool access!
