Every day, I choose wellness.
“Wellness is your birthright.”
Linda N. Wells, M.Ed., E-RYT 500 (She/Her) is The Wellness Warrior, an educator, yoga teacher, and community connector guided by ancestral wisdom and a mission to ignite a wellness rebellion.
She creates spaces for rest, resistance, and radical wellness, where all bodies are honored and seen. Drawing on body liberation and weight-neutral, culturally affirming practices, Linda supports marginalized communities in reclaiming personal agency and building resilience against burnout.
Her approach integrates trauma-informed movement, philosophy, breathwork, and emotional literacy infused with somatic healing and ancestral reverence. Whether she’s teaching in public schools, leading retreats, or crafting visual curricula, Linda holds space for joy, justice, and embodied liberation.

Linda Wellness Warrior, reminds each of us: “Wellness is our birthright.” Everyone has a Wellness Warrior inside of them. There are generations of people that went to battle for you to be here. Nutrition is not just what you eat; it’s about what you feed your mind, body, and spirit.
