Yoga in Schools & Youth Programs

Yoga for school-aged youth in grades 5-12 and college students provides tools for confidence, body awareness, and emotional well-being. With years of experience teaching and mentoring youth, Linda creates classes that meet youth where they are — supportive, accessible, and designed for their unique stage of life.
